VM Builders were selected as project manager for this construction only opportunity, on Doncaster Road, along with the assistance of 2 site foreman. The VM Builders team encountered several structural challenges, such as counter-level slabs, as well as traffic management issues due to the site being situated along an extremely busy road in a highly built-up location with restricing overhead powerlines, all issues of which the team prevailed due to their passion, determined mind-set and their significant wealth of knowledge and skillset.
