VM Builders were selected as the project manager to oversee the successful coordination of this 4,000m² stand-out development, utilising a 20 tonne crane for placement of pre-cast tilt panels, for a high span roof system and a seond storey mezzanine internal fit-out.

The efficiency of use and space, including quality of finish were key consierations in the construction of this site. The inclusion of a mezzanine level establishes the ability to divide the commercial space to accommodate various key activities. Ensuring to provide future owners and tenants with a high funcitoning workspace to establish the longevity of their own organisations within a space built to endure and present the opportunities for growth alongside their vision.
