VM Builders were proudly selected to project manage this development, along with the assistance of 2 site foremen. Our team assisted in the re-design of the foundation, determining the increased likelihood of success of a suspended slab as opposed to pier and beam, to ensure durability and buildability, as well as maintaining a realistic timeline despite various unforeseen complications, such as challenging traffic management due to the consideration of overhead powerlines, and a site crane.
