VM Builders was selected as Project Manager for the development of Fletcher Parade, from planning through to completion. Although it was a challenging site, we successfully achieved the stunning end result envisioned, through our strong management skills and determination to consistently strive for excellence, overcoming the issues regarding considerable site fall and access issues, as well as traffic management for the allowance of the 20 tonne mobile crane.
